Where and how Logycom ® computers are assembled?
Logycom ® personal computers are assembled on the territory of Kazakhstan. The production complex is located by the following address: Almaty, postal index 050056, Aral str., 8, tel.: +7(727) 227 58 22, fax: +7(727) 278 54 78, e-mail:logycom@logycom.kz. At present the company is engaged in construction of a new industrial complex on the territory of a free economic zone, park of information technologies «SEZPIT», located in Ala Tau village, Almaty area. The general area of the construction is about 3.5 HECTARES.

How to pick up a right computer for study?
For schoolkids, students and all those to whom the computer for study is necessary, we recommend budgetary configurations ERA-H, IREX-F, IREX-M1. What are the conditions of purchase of the personal computer on credit?

Do you accept from legal entities payment in cash or payment done by credit card?
Service of legal entities is done according to traditional rules. If you decide to get something in a retail network you need to contact the operating manager of the store who will consult, will help you with the right choice and will ensure that you receive all necessary documents.
Is it possible to do the payment for the personal computer by a plastic card?
It is possible. In a network of Logycom stores terminals for Visa and Master Card plastic cards are located.
What documents should be given to me when I purchase a PC or any computer equipment?
The physical person receives the fiscal check and the warranty card. Legal entities receive the fiscal check, tax invoice, invoice and a warranty coupon.

Can I return a purchased computer?
Yes, according to the consumers’ law, you can return the goods within fourteen days. It should be properly packed. A computer can be returned if there aren’t any mechanical or technical damages. It’s also necessary to have with you a complete package of all necessary documents when you return a PC.
What is the term of warranty service for the bought computer?
The company provides all computers with Logycom ® trade mark with a base three-year warranty.
What component parts does Logycom ® PC consist of?
JSC Logycom cooperates with many leading world manufacturers of computer component parts - Intel, MSI, Gigabyte, Foxconn, Apacer, Seagate, Western Digital, Creative, Samsung, LG, Sony, Thermaltake, FSP, etc. Direct cooperation with these manufacturers allows offering qualitative production with reasonable prices.
Various configurations of computers are tested by experts of Logycom company for compatibility and according to the test results those configurations, which don’t have any problems, are chosen for production
What cases are used in manufacture of Logycom ® computers?
At present in manufacture of Logycom ® personal computers we use two kinds of cases - from manufacturers Foxconn and Thermaltake. These products have excellent qualitative characteristics and the advanced design solutions.

Does the warranty still work if I upgrade the computer?
Yes, if the upgrade is done in the Logycom service center. It is necessary for you to purchase necessary component parts in the network of Logycom stores and to bring them together with a computer to the Logycom service center. Replacement will be done in short terms, free of charge. In this case your warranty will not be lost.
